Last Monday, a delegation of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into Working Conditions in Italy, Exploitation and Safety in the Workplace visited the Mules construction site, the largest in the Brenner Base Tunnel project.
The main topic of the visit was safety in the workplace, a fundamental aspect to guarantee the quality and sustainability of each phase of the work.
The visit was attended by Filippo Bonasso, Simone Cappelletto and Marco Loffredo from BBT SE, together with Antonio Gassirà and Matteo Ortu, representing the Brennero Tunnel Construction Consortium.
During the visit, the delegation had the opportunity to take a closer look at the Flavia TBM, the Trens emergency stop and the logistical chambers.
BBT SE's commitment to safety is unwavering and the Commission's visit made it possible to reaffirm this priority, as well as to provide an update on the progress of the work.
